I can't download any of your videos.

Neither can we! You are supposed to watch them on the site.

Some videos are downloadable from one of our other sites but there may be a cost depending on what it is.

I can't rate the video I watched.

You have to be logged in to rate videos.

We don't have login cababilities enabled for the news site, so ratings of videos are not important either  

I can't see any videos but I can hear them.

You need flash installed on your computer. If the install is not correct you should be directed to the Flash site for an install or upgrade. Older computers may not play videos correctly. Users on slow lines may have problems receiving videos at sufficient speeds in order to view them.
